Commercial Electronic Message Consent

As a User, within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the relevant regulations, and the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”), I expressly consent to receiving all kinds of commercial electronic messages from PULSE FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSULTING INC. (“Company”) regarding the products and services offered by the Company, including campaigns, advertisements, promotions, introductions, celebrations, customer satisfaction surveys, information, innovations, advantages, and company activities, through SMS, email, phone calls, mobile application notifications, social media, or other electronic communication tools. Within this scope, I also consent to the sharing of my contact information with supplier companies, bulk communication infrastructure providers, cloud-based services, and business partners located domestically/abroad for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages. I am aware that I have the right to stop receiving such communications free of charge at any time without providing any reason or to change the communication channels I have permitted. I have been informed that I can easily submit these requests through the platform or the Company's communication channels. Consent for commercial electronic messages is limited only to the Company's services and may not under any circumstances be transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

KVKK Explicit Consent Text

As a User, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), I expressly declare that I consent to the processing by PULSE FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSULTING INC. ("Company") of my identity, contact, transaction, transaction history, membership activity, login/logout records, digital traces, device and application data, user preferences and behaviors, and financial and marketing information for the purposes of recommending products and services, creating a user profile, sending personalized advertisements, campaigns, advantages and offers, conducting surveys and satisfaction studies, analysis and segmentation, statistical reporting, customer relationship management, marketing and direct information, and commercial communication activities, and to the sharing of such data with business partners, affiliates, service providers, and cloud services located domestically/abroad under the scope and conditions specified in the Company's Information Notice. I have also been informed that if personal data outside the scope of my explicit consent or special categories of personal data are to be processed, I will be additionally informed; and that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time without giving any reason. I accept and undertake that the withdrawal of explicit consent will not affect past processing activities.
